Effective 7/1/08, all new quotations that include a haul charge will be subject to a fuel surcharge based on $4.65 per gallon diesel fuel. We will monitor the Department of Energy’s Weekly Retail On Road Highway Diesel Price Index for the Central Atlantic Region. Each .05 cent increase in the cost of diesel fuel will result in a ½% surcharge. Updates to the index are posted on Monday at 5:00 PM (Eastern time) and any changes will be implemented the following Monday.
